Reporting Noise
If you need service for noise Please observe and report those points:
What kind of noise, squeaks, high peach, grinding - gears noise, humming or growling noise, thumping, no noise at all, etc.
Is the noise comes and go or is it consistent all the time.
Is the noise only when printing.
Is the noise during printing only but it is sound in cycle during printing off and on.
Is the noise when scanning or when printing or both.
